At the Academy we strive to offer classes for as many people as we can! This quarter our offerings are Grades K-2Grades 2-3Grades 4-6, Grades 6-10 and Teen & Adult

Chicka Boom Boom

A told B and B told C- I’ll meet you at the top of the coconut tree!  Students will learn rhythm, delivery, and stage presence while focusing on pattern/sequential formattting and teamwork- and having fun!

Don’t just act- learn!  Study the fundamentals of live performance, such as blocking, delivery, and character study. Gain the knowledge and skills that will make your student a more confident and established performer.

Picadillies

Escape to Neverland with Wendy, Michael and John as they aid Peter Pan and the Lost Boys in rescuing Tiger Lily from the mischievous and meddlesome clutches of Captain Hook.

Creative Dramatics

Perfect for those energetic kids who want to explore beyond the script! Kids stretch their creative and collaborative skills together through a variety of games.  Students learn ways to express their creativity through dance, costumes, rhymes, and more!

The Boxcar Children

An opportunity to expand skills practiced in our production classes, Creative Dramatics gives students a chance to workshop and explore performance techniques, learn through collaborative games, and express themselves through improv, costumes, props, and more.

Teen students will work together to produce a showcase of one-acts based on a variety of games- some virtual, some board…but never boring! Students will collaborate and identify the dramatic elements of their favorite game and transfer it into a memorable, one of a kind performance!

Teen Acting for

the Camera (12-21)

Calling all teens and young adults! Long to be in front of the camera?  Ready to challenge yourself and channel your creativity to the screen?  Whether you want to be a You-Tube star or a Hard-Hitting journalist, on-screen camera skills are essential, and our team can help you craft your presence and persona.
