Stage Combat: Pirates of Penzance
This quarter our stage combat classes will learn the fight sequences from our main stage production, The Pirates of Penzance!

Hand-to-Hand Stage Combat: Pirate Pugilism Ages 10 16
Course #094-34-10 Sat. 10:00 11:00 A.M., Fee: $80
Deliver a knock-out blow without touching your opponent or take a hit without getting hurt. This course is appropriate for the novice or for experienced students looking for further development.
Armed Stage Combat: Cutlass & Cudgel Ages 16 Adult
Course #094-58-29 Sat. 9:00 10:00 A.M., Fee: $80
Learn techniques for pirate weapons. This course is appropriate for those who are new to armed stage combat or looking to improve upon past experience.
Please note that this is a right-handed course. Left-handed students are welcome, but for safety reasons must use right-handed techniques.
*Course is open to anyone over the age of 16 and students ages 10 15 who have taken three academic quarters of hand-to-hand combat with Civic Academy and have received instructor permission.

Develop the fundamentals of singing in a supportive, small group environment. Instructor: Darnelle Preston
Payments for all classes are due at time of registration. Limited scholarship assistance available.
Most class sizes are limited to 18. All courses run for eight
sessions and culminate in a performance.
All students must wear close-toed, soft-soled shoes (no sandals or
flip-flops) and clothing that is easy to move in.
