The Menu for our 66th Anniversary Gala!
You are cordially invited to join us on Friday, September 21 for opening night of the New Mel Brooks Musical, The Producers. Festivities include dinner and dessert catered by Wild Sage American Bistro, live auction, and a no-host bar. Don't miss out on our specialty cocktail with spirits provided by our friends from Dry Fly Distilling.
The menu from Charles Connor, Executive Chef at Wild Sage American Bistro:
- Classic Caesar Salad
- Grilled Chicken Carbonara
- House Baked Rustic Sourdough Bread
- Wild Berry Crème Brule
Dinner will be served at 6:00 P.M. with The Producers
