Phoibe is currently a junior at Lewis and Clark High School. She is enthralled to be working her second show at Civic, after operating the spotlight for Thoroughly Modern Millie last September. Phoibe is grateful for this opportunity to do what she loves, and would like to thank the cast and crew.
