Spokane Civic Theatre is proud to revive its Playwrights Forum Festival, which showcased new work by playwrights across the U.S. for 25 years from 1983-2008. The Civic is a nationally award-winning nonprofit theatre located in Spokane, Washington. Incorporated in 1947, it is one of the oldest community theatres in the country. Its mission is to foster and operate a volunteer live community theatre of high artistic merit.
